I think that Pelicans-Grizzlies game was the worst offensive in game in recent memory. 83 to 89, AFTER an overtime? Without Anthony Davis scoring 40-plus, the Pelicans are a disaster on offense. And the Grizzlies, they’re the same Grizzlies they always were except with less talent. I feel sorry for anyone who watched the entire game, or even a quarter. If you think to yourself “don’t feel sorry for me DTB, I happen to like defense so this was a fun watch for me” than I feel even sorrier for you, because only mental invalids enjoy watching defense be played.
Buddy Hield had a decent game amongst the feeble squirming of his inept teammates, finding his stroke for the first time in the NBA to the tune of 18 points and 4 triples. Maybe we can all stop freaking out about he’s a total bust? I swear the comments for my last Buddy Buckets vid were an endless cascade talking about his bustitude. Remember, people: we’re only a couple games in the season. The only person we can call a bust right now is Brandon Ingram.
