Austin Daye 20 Points Full Highlights (1/4/2013)

There are players known in basketball circles for being weird heights for their positions. Like Chuck Hayes the 6′ 6” center or Magic Johnson the 6′ 8″” point guard. Or Austin Daye the 6′ 11” shooting guard. What were his high school coaches thinking? “Oh hey Austin, yeah, why don’t you go stand around on the perimeter and shoot jumpers even though you’re the tallest guy on the team by 6 inches. Great!”

It does give him a distinct advantage in the NBA, seeing as he should be able to just shoot it over any guard defending him. And besides, he’s way, WAY too skinny to do anything else. Guy needs to hit the buffets hard this offseason.
