This game calls into question everything I thought I knew about Brandon Jennings. He’s supposed to be a low-intelligence chucker with bad court vision and average playmaking ability. A skinny guy with little in the way of traditional point guard skills who once made a video of himself dancing to a Lady Gaga song. But it was all a devious ruse! He can turn on and off facets of his game like flipping a switch. Last night he flipped the switch marked “assists” (resulting in 19 of them) and turned off his scoring ability (resulting in a puketastic 3-of-12 from the floor). Going by his overall play this season, the switch labeled “$wag” is stuck in the “on” position.
This begs the question: why doesn’t he just turn on all the switches?
