Who knew it was so hard to write descriptions about players you never saw play? With current players, it’s super easy.
I hardly know the first thing about Chris Mullin. He was a part of Run-TMC, which people still care about even though it was a short-lived experiment that saw limited success. Was he on the Dream Team? Maybe? He’s in the Hall-Of-Fame, which is cool, but he would be more suited to the Hall-Of-That-Guy-Was-Okay-I-Guess. He shoots it in a very white manner.
That’s it. I have no more insight to offer, if you even consider the above text “insight”. Don’t blame me. The NBA doesn’t hype up any of the old stars besides MJ and a few others, clearly showing a lack of desire to educate new fans on the greats of the past. Alex English? Who cares. Mark Aguirre? The NBA doesn’t.
Hold on. I just came up with one more nugget of basketball wisdom:
Chris Mullin looks like the gym teacher from Beavis and Butthead.
