Myles Turner actually looks legit? Unlike many rookies, he’s converting non-trivial stuff for the bulk of his points. The crazy jumpers that he keeps taking he probably won’t keep making, but for now, it looks like I have a reason to watch the Pacers for once.
Based on this highlight video alone, I’m thinking that LaMarcus Aldridge 0.8 is his ceiling. Pretty good! Give him a few years to reach that ceiling, hope that Paul George doesn’t rebreak anything, and acquire a bunch of other pieces that aren’t currently on the roster, and they might end up with a team that can return to the ECF!
Oh wait, they have Monta Ellis? There goes my optimism.
