Nikola Mirotic 32 Points/7 Threes Full Highlights (4/13/2016)

What do the Bulls do this offseason? They were supposed to be, if not contenders, at least a strong playoff team. But now their season is over. Granted, there were at least a few bright spots, and they don’t need to demolish the whole thing and start over from scratch. That would be reactionary. But they need to take a good look at the players they have and not be afraid to make hard decisions. And fire Hoiberg. That’s the first step.

Nikola Mirotic was disappointing this year, one of the causes of their disappointing season. He didn’t regress very much if it all (Bulls fans may debate me on that point), but he didn’t make any sort of improvement either, except in three-point percentage. They say the third year is the charm for players in the NBA, so perhaps next year we’ll see a 18 ppg all-around monster, something like we saw tonight. Going out with 32 point near-5×5 is the perfect way to placate the seething anger of Chicago fans.
