It’s playoff time! The regular season is over and forgotten, the slates are wiped clean, and anything can happen. Cue up that old NBA on NBA theme song (hell YEAH), and get ready for the NBA postseason’s most enduring tradition:
Watching the Raptors disappoint.
Seriously, when your leading scorer is Cory “Rings” Joseph, in the PLAYOFFS, you’ve got some problems. Namely, that your stars fade under the bright lights and increased defensive intensity that the playoffs offer. It’s just one game, and I still like the Raptors’ chances, but after that disaster last year you’d think they’d be on a mission to win at all costs.
On a semi-related note, I’m regretful that this vid contains so many free throws in a row. Blame the Pacers for fouling Joseph for no reason near the end of the already-decided game, not me.
