Man, these Finals really suck so far for highlight makers. The superstars/stars aren’t doing that great save for LeBron and Draymond, so that sucks for DawkIns and the like, while the role-players/scrubs are, predictably, being totally marginalized, which sucks for me. What good is a horde of YouTube-savvy NBA video creators when there are hardly any performances to showcase? Yes, I realize that the playoffs (and especially the Finals) are not the proper time for role-players to show off, but would it kill Ian Clark to score like 22 or something? God damn.
These Finals might also suck so far for the average fan, but I wouldn’t know anything about that, since any semblance of being an NBA fan has long since departed my body.
Anyway, Richard Jefferson scoring 12 is going to have to suffice for tonight. Seeing him almost get rejected by the rim on his “dunk” made me more sad than anything. Remember when he made the Finals a couple times with the Nets? I bet he was throwing it down so hard back then. Actually, just forget about this video. Find some other highlights of him and watch those instead.
