Listen, Kelly, I know it’s cool to have a beard now. Look at a magazine, watch a TV show, hell, just walk around town, you’re gonna see tons of dudes with beards of all styles, and they look great. It’s in to have little fibers growing on the lower half of your face. It’s hip. It’s… cool!
Not everyone can pull it off, though. The media only shows you dudes with beards that look good. When you go to the club, there aren’t gonna be dudes with bad beards there, because people with ugly facial growth don’t make themselves seen. Beard exposure in America is heavily skewed to ones that don’t look like transparent pubes glued on to one’s face.
Which is what your beard looks like, Kelly.
Just shave it, man. I’m trying to be gentle here, the hair is fine, but that beard, JESUS. It defies description. You’ll shave it off, look in the mirror, and say “Damn, I look so much better now!”. I speak from experience. Trust me on this one.
Also, whatever you do, don’t try a man-bun. That particular style doesn’t look good on anybody.
