Joakim Noah 15 Points Full Highlights (12/31/2016)

Joakim Noah’s contract rightly catches a lot of heat for its length, its size, and its general awfulness. But we have to be fair to Noah: he’s playing better right now than he did last year, and he might even be better now than he was two years ago, so the contract could be worse. A lot of teams would pay a lot of money to have a tenacious rebounder/heart-and-soul guy like Noah.

Okay, enough pretending. The contract sucks and is probably the worst in the league. Joakim Noah is done now and in five years he will be so done that they have to roll him out to the court in a wheelchair and take him off of it in a coffin. At age 36 he’ll probably still be averaging double-digit rebounds, but his free-throw percentage will be in the single digits and his trademark manbun (rockin’ it before it was cool) will be just a little wisp of nothing on the back of his head. And he’ll be getting paid nineteen million dollars for it.

The Knicks’ only hope for Noah’s contract is that runaway inflation takes place in the United States and devalues the dollar to basically nothing. Something about Trump here, LOL, isn’t it cool to stick politics where they don’t belong? LOL! Hillary! Trump! Democrats! Republicans! The economy! Guns! Ethics! Morals! LOL!
