Trevor Booker 18 Points Full Highlights (1/15/2017)

Every time Trevor Booker has a good game it’s because he’s trying way too hard and all of his try-hard buckets are going in. At most he’ll have three or four jumpers in a game (this game it’s less). A good chunk of the rest of his buckets will be out-of-control post moves where he either gets to the rim by being hyperactive or he gets stymied while establishing position and just takes a hook shot from ten feet. He’ll finish things up with some wild drives to the basket or some coast-to-coast thing after a rebound that he would never be allowed to do on a team that’s planning to win the games they play in.

What is missing from this video is Booker Bumps. That’s street slang for when Trevor Booker does a slam dunk. He only has sixteen dunks this year after getting sixty the previous year. And we’re already halfway through the season (hold me bros). The chances of T-Booker getting close to last season’s dunk total is minimal. Him being on a bad team is both a blessing and a curse. A blessing, because we get to see him try to be a featured scorer, and a curse, because Booker Bumps are few and far between these days.

If you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go watch last year’s Trevor Booker dunkilation. I may or may not cry during the viewing.
