Lavoy Allen 18 Points Full Highlights (2/4/2017)

As outlandish as it may seem, eighteen points is NOT Lavoy “My Boy” Allen’s career high. He scored twenty when he was on the Sixers back in 2013 and, in case you’re wondering, yes, I did make a highlight video for that game. Eighteen is merely the second-highest point total that Allen has scored in a game.

With this performance, Pacers fans can rest a little easier at night. If something unfortunate were to happen to Thaddeus Young, his production could mostly be replaced by Lavoy Allen, who would only get slimmer and more effective as all the cardio from the extra minutes melted the fat off his body. Sure, Allen doesn’t have nearly the repertoire of scoring skills that Young has, and his range doesn’t extend out to the three-point line, but he sure as hell can splash midrange jumpers all day if you let him. He can also roll to the basket sometimes like a good big man should.

I bet if Thaddeus Young and Myles Turner got injured at the same time, you would see Lavoy Allen average ten points per game. I would bet money on that right now. I would also bet that he could eat an entire box of Totino’s pizza rolls in under ten minutes without breaking a sweat. That’s another thing I would put money on right now if there was a place where I could do that.
