The Bucks, in the first half of this game, simply could not handle the overabundance of SAUCE coming at them from all directions. There was simply too much SAUCE. BIG SAUCE.
I pretty much couldn’t believe how thoroughly Alan Williams was dominating Greg Monroe. Like, just staring at the screen in disbelief. And I’m a guy who has seen a bunch of BIG SUACE prior to tonight. Imagine how the average Bucks fan was reacting to his 15 first-half points. Or, likely more accurately, not reacting, just sitting in stunned silence as Williams grabbed rebounds that weren’t his to grab and scored buckets that weren’t his to score.
BIG SAUCE cooled way off in the second half, scoring only two free throws, but the end result was still good for a career high. If he had kept it up, even a little bit, or if Marquese Chriss could make free throws, the Suns probably would have had the win. Is that a good or a bad thing? Are they tanking yet?
