Tyler Ulis 20 Points/10 Assists Full Highlights (4/9/2017)

The Suns are executing next-level tanking. Regular tanking just isn’t good enough for them anymore, and why should it be? When faced with a team like the Mavericks who have their own nigh-impenetrable tank, sometimes you have to kick things up a notch.

They already permanently benched Brandon Knight and Eric Bledsoe, leaving the vast majority of the PG minutes to Tyler Ulis. Most teams would be content with that, assuming that they couldn’t do much more to worsen their chances. Not the Suns! Instead of running Ulis the whole game, the looked at the dials on their control panel, found the one that said TANK, and turned it to MAXIMUM TANK.

Ulis didn’t play the fourth quarter of this game, because he was benched in favor of Elijah Millsap, who played the rest of the game out. I didn’t even know that Millsap had gotten signed by Phoenix, which is weird, because usually I’m right on top of stuff like that. Sadly, MAXIMUM TANK didn’t work out, because the Suns had built up too much of a lead with Ulis at the helm, and even Millsap couldn’t cost his team 20 points.

Look for Millsap to play all 48 minutes next game while Ulis claps on the bench. This stuff is serious business.
