I am wondering right now if the Knicks even need Kristaps Porzingis, noted malcontent and chucker. I am wondering also if perhaps Michael Beasley has made Kristaps Porzingis redundant and, ultimately, expendable. The third thing that I am wondering is that if Michael Beasley has made Kristaps Porzingis redundant, which he has, why hasn’t Kristaps Porzingis been traded for a high draft pick yet?
The fourth and fifth things I am wondering are not relevant to the Knicks or even the NBA, so I will not share them. You would just make fun of me, anyway.
The Knicks had won five of six before tonight’s surprising blowout at the hands of the Hornets. Simple-minded individuals would look at the boxscores of those games and conclude that KP was a big part of the wins. Individuals of a higher mental capacity would realize that they won in spite of him, not because of him.
KP gets buckets, true, but Beasley gets buckets and also goes to all the post-season meetings with staff. Case closed.
