Come on. Austin Rivers scores a career high 36 points and hits 6 threes, including some clutch ones late in the game, as the undermanned Clippers beat James Har_en and his Rockets and Mike Breen can’t give us even one “BANG!”? If this was Stephen Curry, he would’ve delivered 6 bangs, one for each triple. And probably some more for the free throws.
Does anyone know the phone number for ESPN? I want to register a complaint. Also the FCC. They may have taken Net Neutrality away from us, but I bet they still care if television stations are blatantly insulting their consumers. I’ve been boycotting E!SPN, but I’m gonna boycott even harder now. If you’re wondering how that’s possible, peep this: I built a special remote control for my own personal use that allows me to change anyone’s channel as long as I’m within 1000 feet. So I just hit a button, and if someone’s watching ESPN, they get redirect to the Lifetime Channel. The dramatic movies about housewives with anorexia will distract people so much that they won’t watch ESPN anymore, hurting their ratings and sending their revenue into the abyss.
All I wanted was one bang.
Anyway, this was a really great game by Rivers. He stepped up bigtime in the second half after starting slow, and ended up with 40 points if you replace his misses at the free throw line with makes. Chris Paul was made to look like a total bitch. Rivers may be lackluster in many areas, but at least he doesn’t flop all the time like a pussy, can play for his team when they need him, and has a dad who loves him a lot, even if he doesn’t always show it with his rotations.
