Dillon Brooks 19 Points Full Highlights (1/15/2018)

With this 19-point performance, Dillon Brooks has officially avoided the dreaded “MCW-itis” the disorder where you peak in your first NBA game and everything goes downhill from there. Brooks’ 19-point and a bunch of other stats performance in his debut caught me totally off guard, but was quickly revealed to be an aberration of the highest order as he scored in single digits most of the rest of the season.

But now, he has at least tied that point total, and he can move on with his life, wherever the swift and unpredictable currents of the NBA take him. Maybe he’ll score 20! Or 30! Or, he could suffer a career-ending quadruple ACL tear/explosion the next time he steps on the court. All roads are open to him now, now that he is not Michael Carter-Williams.

Just ignore the fact that the NBA claims that he already had another 19-point game against Milwaukee. I might have blocked that one out of my memory entirely, but I’m pretty sure it never happened at all.
