DeMarre Carroll Career High 26 Points Full Highlights (1/19/2018)

DeMarre Carroll will forever have notoriety as being the only starting member of that 60-win Hawks team to not make the All-Star game. It’s not his fault that for some reason people thought Kyle Korver was good enough for it, but there it is. No changing the past. All he can do is try to show people that they made a mistake not putting him in there as well.

He hasn’t been doing a good job of it, at all, with his production/efficiency/everything tanking as soon as he left Atlanta. He had a few nice games with Toronto, but they were paying him like a player who would have nice games all the time, so he drew the ire of the entire fanbase and had his Drake-listening privileges revoked. Then he got traded for Justin Hamilton, who actually isn’t so bad and I don’t understand why the Raptors waived him, and here we are. 26 points, a career-high apparently.

I would’ve done this video had I realized, I promise. I could’ve sworn he scored 30, but after further review, that was Taurean Prince. Easy to mix them up, for sure. I can’t imagine how confusing the situation is for the casual fan. Well, actually, they probably don’t have much of a problem with considering they are not aware of either player in even the vaguest way.
