Warning: the assists from Bogdan Bogdanovic to Willie Cauley-Stein contained in this video are not for lob jams, but instead for lame jumpers. If the thought of viewing such assists fills you with anxiety, I urge you to turn back now.
Those that remain, get ready for one of Bogdanovic’s best scoring performances of the season. It may not seem like that many points while watching it, because it was so spread out and he never really took over the game at any point, but total it all up and you get 23, two short of his season/career/life high of 25. The Kings would’ve been better off losing this game, but if you’re going to win a game, winning it on the back of two young core pieces in Bogdanovic and De’Aaron Fox isn’t the worst way to do it.
The best way would’ve been to have Bruno Caboclo score 30, or even 20, but even on the Kings that doesn’t seem likely to happen. Dammit.
