Shaquille Harrison 14 Points Full Highlights (3/10/2018)

The explosion of popularity of the name “Shaquille” after Shaquille O’Neal started dominating the NBA is well known. What was once an obscure name was in the top 200 baby boy names. Not surprising; parents are not known for the ability to pick creative, original names. If you’re an NFL fan, you’ve certainly noticed several Shaq variants trickling through the league somewhat recently. But where have the NBA Shaquilles been?

Wonder no longer! Shaquille Harrison is here, he’s 24 years old, plays for the Suns, and is named after one of the fattest NBA players of all time. Besides both playing in Phoenix, that aren’t really any comparisons to be made in their respective play styles. Actually, I can’t say anything much about Harrison at all, because I’ve only seen glimpses of him playing actual (maybe a stretch, since this is the Suns we’re talking about) NBA basketball.

After this video, I can say a little bit more: he can score (kinda), he can pass (kinda). Those are two good attributes for a player who wishes to play in the big-boy league to have (kinda). I’m not really detecting much that will allow him to remain in the league past this season, but his legacy has already been wrought: the second best Shaquille of all time.
