Tyler Ulis 19 Points/8 Assists Full Highlights (3/26/2018)

Just like last season, Tyler Ulis has waited until the month of March to show up and record some nifty statlines. Is he literally incapable of playing well on a team that’s trying to win games? Because both this year’s Suns team and last year’s incarnation were well into tanking mode by the All-Star break, which is coincidentally when Ulis decided he would play well. Does the pressure of trying to win mess with his head? Is he only capable of developing on-court chemistry with mega scrubs like the ones the Suns are playing now?

The Suns have Ulis under contract for two more unguaranteed seasons if they want him, which will give him some time to figure things out. The best case scenario is, Ulis plays this way all the time, and the Suns have found their backup PG of the future. The worst case scenario is, Ulis gets cut before his contract comes up and he has to go play in Europe where the toilets are just holes in the ground and everybody eats flavorless stews for every meal and nobody cares if you had negative win-shares in your final NBA season.
