Not to make anything sad or anything, but in case you didn’t look at a boxscore for this game and your only information about it is from this video, the Suns lost. Try not to cry. Josh Jackson took a tough jumper, scraped the bottom of the jumbotron with it, watched it fall directly into the hoop, and enjoyed the 2-point lead it gave the Suns with a second left for a bit before Gerald Green hit a three to win it at the buzzer.
That jumper capped off a great game for Jackson driving the basketball right into James Har_en. Jumpers weren’t really part of the equation except for one other shot; why shoot jumpers when you can just go right into the paint and put the ball right in the basket? The answer is because sometimes defenses won’t let you do that, but tonight, Houston lived up to their defensive reputation of old.
In a way, Suns fans should be pleased. They got the loss that helps the tank, but their team also did all the parts that equate to winning only without the actual W at the end. I’m not articulating myself well enough, but believe me, this is making sense in my head.
