Kevin Huerter 19 Points Full Highlights (12/23/2019)

Kevin “Butthuert” Huerter just had his best game of the season, scoring 19 points, but it doesn’t even seem like that much because a.) his scoring was all spread out over the course of the game, which diluted its emotional impact (even the commentators didn’t seem to realize that Huerter was having anything other than an average game) and b.) he had like a million twenty point games last season so nineteen doesn’t seem like that much.

Actually, upon further review of the stats, Huerter only had three games last season where he scored twenty or more points. But he also had three nineteen-point games. So, while this is a good game for this year’s iteration of Huerter, it’s par for the course for the rookie iteration of Huerter. I swear he had more twenty-point games than that though. I wonder if Adam Silver is retroactively screwing with the box-scores in order to mess with my head and throw me off my highlight game. I wouldn’t put it past him. He’s sent assassins to my apartment before.

Now that Huerter is playing a bit better and John “Roid Boy” Collins is back in the lineup with deflated skin sacs where his muscles used to be, maybe the Hawks can start winning some games again. That wouldn’t help their lottery chances any, but it would at least keep Trey Young from slipping into a deep depression over the sorry state of his team’s roster.
