Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot just keeps setting new career highs. First he scored 24 five days ago, which tied a career high (so I lied about him “setting” a career high, since “setting” is not the same as “tieing”). Now he’s scored 26, which outright sets a career high in an unambiguous way. What’s next? 28? 30? 50? How scared is Wilt right now that his record will get broken? So scared that he faked his own death several decades ago, that’s how scared.
I didn’t even watch this game, so there is no anger in my words. TLC’s unprecedented bucket-getting assault in no way has caused my soul to depart from my body and flee to a neighboring country. Why would I even be mad right now? Only people who watched the game are allowed to be mad. I’m not in that category, so I’m just making neutral observations while my soul is definitely still part of my corporeal form. The Nets (missing their eight best players) beating the Bucks (who have the league MVP) is just an interesting sidenote to TLC’s career high.
French people had better mobilize themselves and watch this video en masse, because it’s gotta be the best bit of France-related media uploaded to YouTube in at least the past fifteen minutes. It’s just gotta be.
