DaQuan Jeffries 17 Points Full Highlights (2/18/2021)

DaQuan “UnQuantifiable” Jeffries just dropped in a compact, efficient seventeen points in seventeen minutes on just six shots. Thanks to the power of this three-ball, his true shooting percentage for the game was a gnarly 141.7%, which, if extrapolated for the entire year, would put him second in the league in that stat, behind Jared Dudley. But Dudley doesn’t count because he’s only attempted one shot all year, and it was a three-pointer, and he made it, giving him a nice round TS% of 150%.

Jeffries was 6-of-6 in this game, but didn’t get any rebounds, assists, steals, or blocks. Whenever a player records zeroes across the boxscore, I can’t help myself. I have to make the comparison. I’m COMPELLED to make the comparison. So I apologize for doing this, but it has to be done:

DaQuan Jeffries gave us the Tony Snell Special, and I loved every second of it. Not only that, but he is this season’s later in Most Points Scored While Not Missing A Shot And Also Not Recording Any Rebounds Assists Steals Or Blocks stat. The previous leader in MPSWNMASAANRARASOB was Raul Neto, with a paltry eleven points. Tyler Johnson and Dakota Mathias (who?) scored eight while meeting the exacting criteria stipulated by the stat. You can see that Jeffries has distinguished himself as utterly elite in this stat. You wanna know the only player in the past decade who has scored more on perfect shooting while otherwise getting zeroes for all stats?

That’s right.

Tony Snell.

Damn.
