I’m not going to let these domain squatters squat on my rightfully deserved domain. Everyone knows by now, because he’s been such a beast lately that his national profile has never been higher, that Ignas Brazdeikis’ nickname is “Brazzers”. That was an original nickname creation of mine, maybe not the most creative one (remember: Moritz Wagner is “Floppy Disk”), but one that rolls off the tongue well. But I was too slow to register “brazzers.com”, which was to be a one-stop shop for all things Brazdeikis. Instead, some frickin’ PERVS got there first and filled it to the brim with FILTH. They even got a fancy logo to put on all their filth, their images and videos of unclothed females, and it makes me sick. I already had a logo, you turds, and it was going to go on all the Brazdeikis highlight clips, Brazdeikis interviews (in English, Canadian English and Lithuanian), and Brazdeikis fan art. What am I supposed to do with that logo now? It’s worthless until I can reclaim the website name that is rightfully mine.

I wrote a very stern email concerning my right to “brazzers.com” to the webmaster currently (and extra-legally) running Brazzers. VERY stern. The sternest. I’m usually a pretty lighthearted email composer, but I can turn up the heat when I need to, and this is definitely one of those times. I went into great detail about how they were infringing on my intellectual property rights, even going so far as to helpfully cite relevant federal laws. I brought up that if they did not comply, my lawyer would be contacting them instead, and he would not be so kind (that was kind of a lie; DownToBuck is his own lawyer). And I expressed deep and sincere dismay that they were using my nickname for Brazdeikis to peddle their filth. I also called them a few names, which will not be reprinted here.

The response I got was concerning. They claimed that they had been using the domain for well over a decade, and that their name was prominent in the area of distributing media depicting unclothed females. Which is obviously a totally false claim; the concept of “Brazzers” simply did not exist until DownToBuck brought it into existence a few weeks ago. They also said that they would not acquiesce to the “ridiculous” demands made by a “no-name YouTube goofball” so that he could “make a stupid website about some NBA player that no one even cares about”, and that they would not be responding to any more of my communications.

First off, I’m not “no-name”. I’m DownToBuck, bitches. The preeminent NBA highlighter of the entire Internet. Not like I would expect these pervs to even know anything about the NBA or media production. Second off, I’m not a goofball; I make and distribute SERIOUS ART exclusively, again, not something that these losers would have experience with. Third off, Brazdeikis is NOT a player that no one cares about. A lot of people care about him: Lithuanians, Canadians, Magic fans, fans of gingers, he’s well respected considering his meager production up this point.

I’ve been incessantly sending them more emails, some demanding, some grovelling, trying to get another response, but they’re stonewalling me. I can’t get through. Their phone-number doesn’t put me in contact with anyone that knows anything; they just keep trying to get me to buy “premium” memberships so that I could access even more disgusting content. I’m at a loss as to what to do here. I can’t give up on the Brazzers concept, it’s so perfect, and it has such potential to be a big moneymaker for both me and Brazdeikis. I even tried to get in touch with a real lawyer, but I don’t think he even took me seriously. His loss. The possibility for a payday in a civil/criminal court is very real, if I could just get someone to help me on this.

This is just like when my first YouTube account got deleted, but like a million times worse. God damn it.
