I’m going to be forthright with you all: this video contains three dunks, but it contains zero DUNKS. You know what I’m talking about. With Larry Nance Jr., there are two types of dunks: there are dunks, and then there are DUNKS. This video has all of the former and none of the latter.
You’ve gotta give this guy a lot of credit. He did try to DUNK it on Jonas Jerebko, but got fouled before the ball could actually go through the ring. If such a dunk had been successfully dunked, American-Swedish relations would have been set back to the point where our new president might actually declare war. To be fair, Obama would have declared war too, because that dunk would have been filthy enough to spark armed international conflict from any president. It would have been a DUNK.
Instead, this video is stricly “meh”. On DTB’s official watchability scale, I give it a five out of ten. Six out of ten if you really like Blake Griffin to the point where you’re willing to watch a video of a guy who has the same sort of build and leaping ability, or if you’re a Wyoming alum, or if you’re Larry Nance Sr. and you just want to see your son do well.
