T.J. Warren 23 Points Full Highlights (2/26/2017)

I was so hyped for T.J. Warren at the start of the season. That 30 point game he had in the second game may have distorted my expectations of what he could do, but that’s not my fault. It’s HIS fault for playing so good and then getting head-injured and not being the same after that. I seriously thought he could average 20 this year. 20 points per game for Rush Hour Warren.

That injury really messed him up though, so here we are. Sometimes he scores 20, sometimes he scores 4, and he’s shooting worse and worse from three. DAMMIT. He looks so good when he’s hitting shots, why can’t he do that all the time? He’s living proof that floaters aren’t the sole domain of short overmatched white dudes, not to mention the rest of his midrange game. His lack of consistency is truly baffling to me. Maybe he needs to work on drawing fouls? He didn’t shoot any free throws this game, relying solely on his one-on-one scoring ability to get these 23 points.
