Jayson Tatum 20 Points Full Highlights (1/29/2018)

I could deal with the Celtics broadcast not showing replays of Daniel Theis hitting three-pointers. That’s understandable. All three-pointers roughly look the same. The fans don’t necessarily need to see multiple angles of a guy shooting a jumpshot from 24 feet away.

But this…this is inexcusable. Jayson Tatum showed it all last night. He only scored twenty points, but he did it in a very entertaining and varied manner. Among the cool things he did that were not venerated through multiple slow-mo replays:

-Behind-the-back dribble leading to crazy dipsy-doo layup
-A three-pointer
-Baseline leaning jumper with Faried in his face
-Another three-pointer
-Midrange jumper where Torrey Craig just falls down while trying to defend it
-Driving from the three-point line for a power jam
-Baseline driving layup displaying perfect body control
-Two-handed power pump after catching the ball on the curl

Just reading that description of events is making me mad again. I want to see all those plays again with different camera angles. Why doesn’t the NBA just give me the raw camera feed of every camera in the NBA and let me decide what to do with it?
