Dzanan Musa 17 Points/6 Assists Full Highlights (8/11/2020)

I am displaying supreme confidence in Dzanan Musa right now by not labeling this 17-point performance a “Career High” in the title of this vid. Even though it is, indeed, the most points he’s ever scored in the NBA. But I’ve learned my lesson over the years, and that lesson is this: if you think a dude is a serious threat to surpass a new career-high within a few games, you don’t put “Career High” in the title.

That’s a bit of wisdom I’m passing down to the younger generation of highlight makers. Heed my words, or else every third video on your channel will be labeled a “Career High”, and you’ll dilute the impact of the term.

How many games do the Nets have left? It can’t be very many regular season games, but don’t forget: playoffs! That’s four guaranteed games right there, and now that Musa has some confidence in him, he’ll be sure to start making a bunch of shots instead of just taking a bunch of shots. And it’s not like Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving are walking through that door, ready to take away touches from all the fun players the Nets have right now.

But if Musa doesn’t surpass 17 this season, that might be his last chance. At least in Brooklyn. Because next year, the fun will be over, replaced by boring star power.
