By the time his career is over, unless something tragic happens, Antawn Jamison will have 20,000 career points. That is bananas. How can a guy who isn’t even any good really score that many points? The answer: he got to be the man on a bunch of bad teams.
And now on the Lakers he doesn’t get to be the man, even though he is on a bad team. If I were him I’d demand the ball. The newly pass happy Kobe would be fine with Antawn taking 25 or so shots a game. Gotta beef up those HOF credentials before it’s too late.
