Jared “Dudders” Dudley somehow lost his starting job in Phoenix. That seems kind of weird to me, considering he’s one of their best players. Probably just a decision by Hunter to make it seem like he’s doing something. Or, more likely, they are trying to lose games in order to get a better draft pick. I believe it’s called “tanking”.
So I guess now Jared Dudley is one of those “instant offense off the bench at the shooting guard position” kind of guys. That’s cool. Except they don’t really have any offense in their starting lineup. It’s a miracle that they beat the Rockets. Of course, they had a little help; Stern is rigging everything so that the Lakers make the playoffs. It’s true.
