I like Khris Middleton. He’s the only Bucks player who I don’t get annoyed with on a regular basis. Everyone else on the team is always making boneheaded plays or taking horrible shots or not playing defense. But Khris is nice and consistent; even if he misses most of his shots I come away with the idea that they were at least makeable shots.
His jumper is a thing of beauty. He’s quick to square himself and his stroke is compact, so he can get it off pretty much any time he wants. I’d be interested in seeing how he would do if he’d try and take over the game like Durant. How many points would we see? 30? 40? Maybe this is just the homer in me, but I think he’s not too far off Durant in terms of pure jumpshooting ability. If you combined him and Giannis you’d have like a Durant 0.75.
