Tobias Harris has struggled recently under the combined yoke of injury troubles and incompetent coaching. Oh, and the fact that he constantly wondering how he can escape to New York and play for the Knicks.
I mean, the Knicks already have Carmelo. Why would they not want Carmelo pt. 2 as well? It’s like double the fun. And then, when they have to shut down Carmelo for being old and bad, Tobes can step right in his place and take over his duties.
The Magic have nothing to offer Tobias anymore. Unless things turn around quickly (and they could with a new coaching staff), there would be no reason for him to stick around after his contract is up. Sorry Orlando fans, but it’s the truth: your team has sucked since Dwight left and doesn’t seem to be getting better.
