The NBA just isn’t the same without Michael Beasley in it. The point of this whole operation is entertainment, first and foremost; B-Easy provides it at a higher rate than almost anybody. It’s like that WWE wrestler who may not be the most technically proficient guy on the planet, but makes up for it with crazy antics and moxie.
Sadly, this may be his last chance before the league decides he’s not worth it anymore. Yeah, I know that was what was said last time, but it’s for real now. Beasley knows it, he must, because aside from the “Call Henry Walker on his cell while he’s 3 feet away and say ‘I didn’t see you there'” thing, I haven’t noticed any of his usual antics.
Which kind of defeats the whole purpose. Things like him eating ice cream using waffle fries as a spoon are what make him who he is and without them, well, he’s just another chucker bust.
