Thus a strange season for the Boston Celtics ends. Above expectations? I didn’t think they would make the playoffs, honestly I thought this was a tanking year for them. They didn’t get the “lose tons of games while not trying” thing down, but they did pull off the “cycle through endless amounts of players” part of the strategy correctly, playing 22 players over the course of the season.
In that sense, it was a season of disappointment for DownToBuck. I only made Celtics highlights of 16 of those players, missing out on Rajon Rondo, Gerald Wallace, Jameer Nelson, Brandan Wright, Shavlik Randolph, and Dwight Powell. At least I got to do a James Young vid, so the season wasn’t a total loss.
