I’m consistently torn on whether Al Horford is too good to be included in this channel. It’s hard to tell. On one hand, he is an All-Star, which almost automatically disqualifies him right there. On the other hand, he has no fans outside the state of Georgia and the Dominican Republic, which, while not making him an obscure player, means that there are a lot of people out there unfamiliar with his game. On the third hand (don’t discriminate you friggin’ ableist), he always scores like 20 points which for a player of his caliber is not really highlight-worthy anyway.
One that could swings the scales in his favor is him shooting more threes. I love showing three-point shooters on this channel. Fans of the NBA almost universally enjoy watching such shots go into the basket. 4 threes is a career high for Big Al, and pushed him, in this case, into the divine pantheon of DTB-highlighted players for this season.
