Tim Hardaway Jr. 21 Points Full Highlights (12/17/2016)

A lot of smart people have been searching for answers as to why the Hawks are so inconsistent this year. I’ve seen so many reasons posited that I can hardly keep track of them all. “It’s this player, no it’s THIS player, NO, it’s the coach, wait, what about the fans, you’re all wrong, it’s obviously the crappy organists fault!”

Stand back, plebeians. After much research and observation, I think I have narrowed down the cause of the Hawks’ problems to one player: Tim Hardaway Jr.

Think of it this way: how many games do you think the Hawks would have lost if Hardaway was averaging 50 points per game? Everyone can agree that it would be a very small amount. At most three, probably zero or one. But here’s the thing: Hardaway is NOT averaging that many points. He’s not even close.

It seems so clear to me. The Hawks would be amazingly good with a 50ppg Hardaway, but Hardaway is not coming through. He is the problem with the Hawks. Not Howard, not Schroder, not Budenholzer, not the crappy… actually I think the organist should take his fair share of the blame as well.
