I’m honestly getting a little tired of Nicolas Batum constantly achieving these high assist totals. We get it. You’re a point-forward. You’ve proven your point. Can you cool off on the assists for a bit? Just pretend it’s your first four years in the league and you’re averaging two assists per game like a small forward is supposed to. That way I don’t have to exhaust my finite reserves of highlight-making energy to create a video that not even French people themselves care about.
Look at Nic’s last seven games:
20 and 8
22 and 5
7 and 4 (lol this one sucks)
23 and 10
20 and 10
24 and 5
20 and 8 (again)
That’s like Giannis-level statlines right there. If he keeps doing this for the whole season I’m going to lose my mind. There’s not many point guards consistently putting up those kind of assist numbers, forget about point forwards. When will the madness end?
