Jahlil Okafor 22 Points Full Highlights (3/14/2017)

Last year we were robbed of the opportunity to see late-season Jahlil Okafor because he injured some body part or another. As any fan of NBA scrubs knows, the end of the season is prime time for huge scoring performances from mediocre players on bad teams. I have no doubt that Okafor would have averaged twenty per game in the combined months of March and April last season had been healthy enough to play.

This season, barring unexpected injuries (as opposed to expected injuries such as Chandler Parsons’ knee thing), we’re probably going to see big minutes for Big Jah as the season winds down. He’s already off to a good start, scoring 23 and 22 in the last two games in just 26 and 23 minutes respectively. See, even when his coach is holding him down, Okafor still finds ways to score lots of points! Imagine how many points he’ll score when Brett Brown gives up trying to coach his team anymore for the last few games and Okafor gets forty minutes + unlimited touches.

What’s that I smell? I smell a forty-point game cooking! It’s either that or it’s my leaky gas stove which has been giving me low-grade carbon monoxide poisoning for the past three years.
