I’m pretty sure that the Bucks have a big three right now. Eric Bledsoe, Khris Middleton, and Giannis Antetokounmpo. I’m not sure that the “EKG” nickname for them will stick, actually I am sure because it sucks, but I’m also sure that all reasonable definitions for the term “big three” would encompass that threesome.
Khris Middleton, lest you think he is not big three material, is putting up almost exactly the same stats as Jimmy Butler this season. Before tonight, both were averaging 20.2 and 4.7, with Butler grabbing .3 more rebounds and Middleton with slightly better shooting. Obviously, Butler would be part of a big three in Minnesota except that Wiggins sucks now, so why not Middleton? The defense rests, your honor.
