Ed Davis 15 Points/3 Blocks Full Highlights (1/26/2018)

I guess I didn’t exactly realize that Ed Davis’ father was an NBA player until I looked at his basketball-reference page. So now I know that Terry Davis, who played ten seasons in the NBA, seems to have been mostly the same player as his son is, except one inch shorter. That’s cool. But don’t you think that Davis Sr., with all his connections across the league, could secure a few more minutes of playing time for his son?

All it would take is one phone call to Terry Stotts. “Hey Terry, it’s the other Terry, you know you gotta give my son more minutes at the expense of that big-ego Bosnian dude or I’m gonna come over there and kick your ass and then get your ass fired because I have connections.” That’s all it would take and then we could see what Davis Jr. looks like when he’s treated as the starting center he has the potential to be. He’d be a walking double-double.
