Fred VanVleet Career High 25 Points Full Highlights (1/28/2018)

Fred “Vleet of Voot” VanVleet made the Lakers pay for running a point-guard rotation of Tyler Ennis (LMAO) and Alex Caruso (double LMAO). He only played 20 minutes, because that was all the time he needed to take a big steamy dump on the entire Los Angeles metropolitan area. This might be a low point for the franchise, having a midget (you think he’s really 6 feet tall do not believe the lies that the NBA peddles) dominate them so hard. There is precedent for VanVleet scoring a good amount of points, usually from outside, but these 25 points came in the PAINT. Mostly.

The arrival of VanVleet on the scene comes at a good time for the Raptors. Kyle Lowry hurt his ass a couple games ago, and since then, he’s been up and down. He scored 40 and followed it up with two stinkers. A steady (side note: the “Steady Freddie” nickname coined by the Raptors commentators is awful and should not be used by anyone), consistent backup is perfect for when your starter oscillates between superstar and scrubbust. And come the playoffs, where Lowry traditionally totally disappears, it will be nice to have someone ready to step in and do PG-type things.
