Daniel Theis 11 Points/3 Threes Full Highlights (1/29/2018)

After making twelve three-pointers in his first 48 games as NBA player, Daniel Theis poured in three of them against the unsuspecting Nuggets en route to 111-110 Celtics victory. Basically, he forcibly rammed his authentic German knackwurst right down the throat of any and every nearby defender. Since he only scored eleven points, which is one off his career high, I can’t in good conscience call this a “breakout” game, but I would call it “the game where Theis discovered that he can be a high-volume three-point threat at least some of the time”.

For some reason, the lackeys running the Celtics TV broadcast didn’t feel like showing replays of Theis’ Triples of Terror, but, having just made a Trey Lyles video where the Nuggets commentators were griping about Theis’ 29% three-point shooting, I remembered that the Nuggets broadcast did include a replay of one of Theis’ shots. Normally I wouldn’t bother getting replays from the opposing broadcast, but this video was seriously going to be forty seconds along unless I padded it up with extra footage.

And if you tell me, “B-b-b-but DEE TEE BEE, you could have showed Theis’ career-high four assists too!”, please know that I don’t care about your opinion in this particular instance.
