Here’s a list of fanbases that I would somehow like to antagonize in this video description:
-Los Angeles Lakers fans
-Houston Rockets fans
-Boston Celtics fans
The problem is, I can’t figure out how to antagonize any of those groups while still maintaining a connection to Tony Bradley somehow. This is, after all, a Tony Bradley video. The main problem I’m running into is that Tony Bradley plays for the Jazz and has never played for any other team. Note that Jazz fans are not one of the groups that I am targeting with my witty, yet pointed, words.
I guess the Lakers did sort of technically draft Tony Bradley, but they immediately traded him for Thomas Bryant. So I guess Lakers fans might be a little bit sad that they traded Bradley away for another young big who they would immediately give up on? I guess? It’s a stretch, but, okay. Hopefully Lakers fans are feeling a bit stung here.
The Rockets though? Harden would make Bradley look good (better than he looks in Utah, I bet), but there’s a lot of players for whom that is true. Rockets fans aren’t pining for Bradley to get added to the roster.
The Celtics also aren’t connected to Bradley except the “other” Bradley (Avery Bradley). I guess this is a good time to point out that most of the Celtics’ championships came at a time when the league literally only had four teams in it, and all of them made the playoffs by default, and one of them was actually an amateur YMCA team from Bangor, Maine. Every time I bring that up Celtics fans get salty and annoyed (I bet). That’s good. That’s what I want.
So, mission accomplished! The fanbases in question all have hurt feelings and anybody who was just here for the Tony Bradley highlights is feeling very confused. Good job, me.
