It’s been five whole months, almost the entire season, since I last had the privilege of highlighting Malik Beasley. He had 12 points in his third appearance of the season, setting my, and Nuggets fans’, expectations high. Denver, though, had playoff aspirations in mind until very recently, and Beasley was not given much of a chance as emphasis was placed instead on winning games. This 16-point career-high game sees him finally crack 100 minutes played on the season. Lame. If it was up to me, I wouldn’t give any minutes to anyone over the age of 24, and as soon as someone started scoring 20 points on a consistent basis, I’d move on to the next scrub. I could make a joke about the 76ers, but I won’t, because I’m a classy dude who exhibits nothing but class when discussing NBA-related matters.
What was I talking about again? Oh yeah, Malik Beasley. He good. Three-pointers and dunks, do you even need anything else to be a relevant NBA player?
