T.J. Warren 35 Points Full Highlights (11/11/2017)

No jokes, no humor, no sarcasm, T.J. Warren is one of my favorite players in the league right now. The three-ball that I was expecting he’d develop hasn’t come through, but that doesn’t matter. Why shoot threes when you can step inside and make it rain from the midrange? Defenders aren’t expecting it these days. That’s how I play in pickup games, dudes don’t even guard that area of the floor. Open middy jimmies for days. Then they get pissed when my team wins. LOL (lots of laughs). Git gud.

Back to Warren. He has a really sweet stroke on that jumper, he can do funky things closer to the basket, he’s basically the perfect 80’s player. Adrian Dantley 0.4 or 0.5. He gets his points the old fashioned way. No threes, not many free-throws, just a bunch of buckets that count for two, the way the game was supposed to be played.

Tonight was his magnum opus part two, following up his 40-burger a few games ago with a 35-burger against Tom Thibodeau’s “good” defensive schemes. He got to the line a whole one time before the Timberwolves were forced to foul at the end of the game, he only took one three which he didn’t make, this is basically the perfect highlight vid. A perfect vid for a true big baller.
