An avid DownToBuck highlight watcher will notice that recently, almost without exception, that I use the audio commentary of the team the highlighted player is on. In general, being the homers that they are paid to be, those commentators get more excited for plays performed by the player than the opposing team’s commentators. Nothing worse than a highlight package where the player in question doesn’t get acknowledged at all.
Sometimes the script flips, especially if the player is known to be especially exciting or compelling. Like Zach LaVine.
