Enjoy these last few clips of Josh Smith throwing perfect passes to Al Horford for easy baskets. Because by this afternoon he will be traded to Miami for Shane Battier, Jarvis Varnado and 5 second round picks. Or something. I really can’t keep the trade rumors straight in my head. But it’s definitely something close to that.
But Al Horford is seemingly in no danger of being traded, so Hawks fans can rest easy knowing they will get to watch him for a long time to come. Unlike Smith, who is a source of endless headaches, Horford is a smart player who doesn’t do too much outside of his abilities. He just needs to work on his foul shooting. I just don’t get how players with nice jumpshots suddenly turn into bricklayers at the line.
