Remember when Lamar Odom was good? It seems like so long ago. He was one of the best all-around power forwards in the game for a stretch of time. But now he is worthless. He is only 33 years old, but he plays like he’s 50. His effort is nonexistent, and he will take any shot that is available to him, even though he can no longer shoot. He would rather cram endless handfuls of sour gummi worms into his mouth than get in the gym and work on his game, a problem that has existed his entire career, but is manifesting itself more strongly now that his youth and talent are no longer enough to carry him. Actually, I doubt a forklift would be enough to carry him. This subhuman mound of blubber is a cancer and a distraction, and he should retire before he damages his legacy more than he already has. Clippers fans should boo him every time he enters the game, because cheering him sure hasn’t helped his intensity on the court. Waive his worthless ass and sign somebody who will try.
